The Deets:
After my workout, I braided my dry hair (was previously in a braid-out puff) into 7 chunky braids.
I cowashed my scalp and hair while still in the braids.
I slathered and squeezed Moisture Maniac onto my braids, and sealed the ends of my braids with Nourish & Shine.
I did not undo or comb my hair because I am trying to limit detangling to once per week.
